"I have a hormone issue and a strict diet. I eat 2-3 eggs, coffee with cashew milk and protein snack. My lunch is salad with tuna. Dinner is mainly protein like chicken, turkey, etc., with sides of veggies. No more than one pizza a month. I have minimum dairy due to bloating issues. Most carbohydrates are from vegetables, but I'll have rice, beans, and fruits on weight training days. Alcohol only once a month."
