"I noticed people wrapping their bags while flying to England. I found it odd, not ever worrying about theft from my checked luggage. My valuable items are in my carry-on, which stays with me. Wrapping can be easily cut through by TSA for checks, making it pointless to prevent theft."
"Packing for airport travel is about efficiency. In the US, TSA may inspect luggage at will. Locking or wrapping bags wastes time and doesn't deter theft." If someone wants to steal, they will, regardless of protective measures. I have no control over this."
